Home Goods and Pier 1 Happy

I love shopping at Home Goods and Pier 1.  Last week I was in Home Goods and found this pretty wreath.  I love the springy look of it.

I also found this great big blue vase.  I love the color, love the size and the texture of the jute around the top.

I like that these items add a little interest to the corner behind the couch.

I love these carrots that I found at Pier 1.

Here is a picture of our back patio from this morning.  I'm thinking that a backyard party is out of the question for a bit...

Thanks for your visit!  For those of you able to garden right now, I am officially jealous!

  3. We have snow now too! Love the scale with the carrots on it, what a darn cute idea. Great finds while shopping this week and behind your sofa was the perfect spot for a floor vignette.

  4. Hi Pam! Thanks for sharing your fun finds with us. I don't have a Home Goods store in my town but I did pop into one in a larger city I was traveling through one time 'cause I hear so many good things about it from other bloggers. I have GOT to go today and get some of those carrots from Pier One before they are all gone. I cannot believe all that snow in your yard! I saw your post over at Met Monday.

Our yard looked just like yours, but the temps were a little higher today and a lot melted.

Holy cow that's a big pile of snow! Hard to imagine getting to any stores in all that snow.

  14. I love your decor. I live in the south so our winters are very mild. We had our first freeze last night. While I love Pier One I find it a bit pricey for my budget. I love to go junking and hit up thrift stores, take my finds home and repurpose them. When I figure out this blog thing I will post some pictures!
    Thanks for your inspiration.
